Agency questions
Do clients need a Looptake account?
No. Clients review through a link. If you want them inside the workspace, invite them with the client role, which can view and approve but not edit or spend.
What does white label cover?
Client review pages and shared reports show your agency name, logo and colours instead of Looptake. It is included from the Agency plan.
Are credits shared across clients?
Credits belong to your account, and you can see spend per workspace. Top-up credits never expire.
How many clients can I run?
Agency includes unlimited client workspaces and 10 seats. Need more? Extra seats are $19/mo, and Enterprise covers custom volume.
Can I see who changed what?
Yes. The audit log records invites, approvals, edits, posts and billing changes with the person and the time.
