Is there a free plan?
There is a free trial: 28 credits once, no card. Every feature works, and exports carry a watermark. Upgrade when you want clean exports and monthly credits.
What does a credit pay for?
AI media only: generated clips, images, avatar video and voiceover. Hooks and scripts, Text and slideshow formats, Editing and captions, Scheduling and auto-posting, Analytics and reports cost nothing. Failed renders refund their credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up in the app. Top-up credits never expire. Monthly plan credits renew each billing cycle.
Do higher plans unlock more features?
No. Every paid plan has every feature. Plans differ by credits, seats, workspaces and connected accounts. The one exception is white label, which starts at Agency, because it exists for agencies.
How do seats work?
Plans include 1 to 10 seats. Add more at $19 a month each. Client reviewers do not need a seat: they approve through a review link.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes, at any time from billing settings. Upgrades apply at once. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
